교과목 개요(국영문)

교과목개요	유럽통합은 하나의 국가에 비할 수 있는 독자적인 법질서를 갖고 있다. 본 과목은 유럽 공동체법의 구조와 기본적 내용을 살펴보며, 특히 유럽통합의 체제에 관한 법 및 공동시정법을 분석하고 무역, 통화, 경쟁, 환경 등 중요 분야의 법과 정책들을 분석한다.
영문교과목개요	EU is above all founded on the legal structure comparable to that of a nation. This course tries to present the basic structure and elements of Community Law. In particular, this course examines EC's constitutional and common market law and discusses the wide range of important issues such as trade, monetary, competitive and environmental laws and policies.
